Using a mouse you can click and drag to move and zoom in and out by holding down Ctrl and scrolling.
Using a trackpad you can move around by scrolling with two fingers and zoom by pinching in and out.
Double click on a grid to add or remove an activity on to that grid. Manualy enter name and duration propreties.
Click the link button to enable the link tool. click two active grids in the order you want to link them then press the number 1, 2, 3 or 4 keys at the top of your keyboard to create the link.
- The number 1 key creates an SF link (start to finish)
- The number 2 key creates an SS link (start to start)
- The number 3 key creates an FF link (finish to finish)
- The number 4 key creates an FS link (finish to start)
The created link will go from the activity highlighted in green to the one highlighted in orange.
When hovering over a link you can click it to add a delay to it or press delete to remove it.
The link tool stays active until you click the link button again.
Click the calculate (math) button to run the CPM algorithm. It fills Early Start, Late Start, Early Finish, Late Finish, Total Float, and Free Float for all linked activities and highlights the critical path.
Click the reset icon to clear all calculation results but keeps all activities and links in place.
The AI assistant runs on a loop and continually suggests up to 3 next activities based on your current diagram. Each suggested activity has its own Accept and Reject buttons.
Accepting a suggested activity also accepts every suggested activity and link upstream of it. Rejecting a suggested activity also rejects every suggested activity and link downstream of it. Suggestions that are not part of the affected chain remain pending.
The AI assistant is still in development and will be improved in the future.
You will need to enter the given password to use the AI assistant.
Click the space manager button to create and edit the spaces of your project. You can also create spaces by clicking on the tick marks of the Y axis. Each space is assigned one or multiple rows in the Y axis. The activities placed on those rows will be considered as part of those spaces.
Click one of the 3 view buttons to select what information about your project is displayed.
- CPM view with spaces: The XY view button displays the activities and their dependencies in a 2D grid. The Y axis represents the zones of the project.
- Simplified Gantt view: The XZ view button displays the activities in their dependency order as a function of time represented by the Z axis.
- Gantt view with spaces: The YZ view button displays the activities grouped by zones and in their dependency order as a function of time represented by the Z axis. The Y axis represents the zones of the project.
Save your diagram to preserve the current layout, names, durations, and links.
Use the search box to find elements by name or get quick information about the selected element.
Return to the tools menu.
